Ben was my entertainment in Mr Ochs biology class....never would have gotten through without him! So sorry to see this.

Benjie Gross was one of the funniest kids at Media Elementary School. I will always remember Ben being fascinated when Mrs. Margaret C. Fox (4th grade teacher) lit up a cigarette in class and she would give him that eye of hers. She didn't laugh at anybody, but Ben could make her crack a smile! Bernard Louis DeKoven (5th grade teacher) decided our class should make a film and he chose Ben to be the Director. Ben was great, and you would have thought he was Cecil B. DeMille, holding that Super 8 camera (this was before hand-held video recorders) and telling us, "Places, everyone!" I am so very sorry to hear that he too, is gone.
