Nancy Lynne Baer, 51, of Camden, DE, died Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at home.
Born, October 12, 1955 in Springfield, PA, Ms. Baer resided most of her life in Riddlewood, Media, PA before moving to Camden, DE, two years ago.
Ms. Baer was a graduate of Penncrest High School, Class of 1973, and received her B.S. and B.A. Degrees in English from West Chester University, West Chester, PA, and had attended Villanova University in pursuit of her Masters Degree in English & Psychology.
Nancy had taught in the Lansdale, PA area for many years, and after moving to Delaware had been teaching at Sussex Central, in Millsboro, and was a substitute teacher in the Dover and Caesar Rodney School Districts. Nancy enjoyed playing the piano and doing crossword puzzles.
She was predeceased by her brother, William C. Baer. Nancy is survived by her parents, William & Mildred (Shivery) Baer, of Camden, DE; her sister, Sandra J. Stanton, of Marietta, GA, and numerous nieces & nephews.
Graveside Services will be held Friday, April 27, 2007 at 1:00pm, in the Edgewood Memorial Park, Glen Mills, PA.

I remember Nancy. She was very sweet to me during high school, as I was very shy. I'm very sorry to hear of her passing. Doesn't anyone else in our class remember her?Connie Gilday

My relationship with Nancy goes way back, as her mother and my mother were, and still are good friends. We were two little girls born within a few months of each other, and both named Nancy. I have pictures of Nancy at my 1st birthday party!When I heard of her death I was shocked. She was way too young to die. Her parents are heart broken.
Nancy was a sweet woman, and one of my very first friends.

I remember Nancy - since I was Bach and she was Baer, I was always seated next to her and we got to know one another fairly well. She was a very nice person with a great warm smile, and I'm sure she is much missed.
