Comments:
I attended the University of Pittsburgh, majoring in economics and foreign languages. I then "came home" to get an MBA at Drexel before throwing myself on the mercy of the job market. A job offer from the federal government lured me to Maryland, where I have been since late 1979. I can't believe it is already 35 years since graduation.
School Story:
While attending Drexel (1977-79), I got together now and then with Richard Wainford. He was working at Penn at the time. I think he told me then that he was thinking of moving to the Boston area. A few years ago I spoke with Lou Bucklin for the first time since Penncrest. I knew that he had moved to Indiana to attend Earlham College after high school, but I had no idea he had remained in Indiana. He told me all about his life since then, and I was sorry we had not kept in touch. Of course I was sad to receive a telephone call from Lou's brother Paul informing me of Lou's death.
