Still loving retirement but Dyran and I have had a couple of rough years. In October of 2011 I had my first knee replacement. My doctor swears that body building and the heavy weight lifting had nothing to do with it, but I'm not sure I agree with him. Shortly after the surgery I ended up in the hospital about 9 times and now know that I have Chron's in my large and small intestines and Ulcerative Colitis in my large intestine along with miscellaneous problems such as Diverticulitis, etc. In May of 2012 I had my highly infected gall bladder removed and in July of 2012 I had my second knee replacement. Lots of fun, huh?! This year, in May, my husband was attacked, robbed and left for dead. He had half of his skull removed and is still in recovery. You never know when your life can change completely! I'm telling you all about this in case I can't be at the reunion. And if I can, I won't have to explain it that night! We are both very blessed and on the road to recovery!!! I really look forward to seeing all of you and am really hoping I can make it even if its just for a little while!
