Paul G. Bockno, 55, of Middletown, community college graduate, died Sept. 17 at home.
Born in Houston, he was a longtime resident of Middletown.
Mr. Bockno was a 1972 graduate of Penncrest High School and was a graduate of Delaware County Community College. He also attended Widener University.
He was a loving and kind person who enjoyed being with people. His passion was automobiles and he enjoyed antique classic cars.
Mr. Bockno was son of the late Gregory C. Bockno.
Survivors: Mother, Virginia Blair Bockno of San Marcos, Texas; brother, Peter Bockno, with whom he lived; sisters, Laura Bockno of San Marcos, Linda McGillin of Swarthmore.
Service: 4:30 p.m. today, Crosspointe Church, 601 S. New Middletown Road, Middletown.
Visitation: After 3:30 p.m. today at the church.
Burial: Private.

We are all getting older and seeing that another one of us has departed should not be a shock; however, it is. I remember Paul from a some of my classes. He was sort of a quiet guy, a gentle soul. Paul, I hope you had a good life. We will miss you.
P.S. I just read Eric's comments on the Message Forum about Paul. I am sorry to say I missed Paul's antics in the cafeteria doing an Elvis impersonation. That blows away my impression that Paul was a quiet guy. I guess he could break loose now and then.
