Cindy was one of my best friends during our years together at Penncrest. She was an absolute "shining light" of positivity, humor, compassion, and warmth. We shared many heart-to-heart talks. Everyone in the entire school knew her. Cindy was certainly deserving of her "Class Most Friendliest" title! Cindy was also the lead in our Senior Class Play, "Bells Are Ringing". She had a great voice. I think of her often, and miss her alot. I deeply regret losing touch with her after graduation.

I was so saddened to hear of Cindy Libby's death. Libby was one of my best friends in high school, and was an integral part of my high school experience and what made it great. We had such good times together, and I particularly cherish the many "boy talks" and 'heart to hearts " we had through high school. Also enjoyed singing with her in our not so famous guitar duets(!). We both graduated from University of Delaware and after graduation attended each others' wedding, but I lost touch with her after that to my deep regret. I will always cherish her friendship, she was a great friend.
My sympathy to her family.
